4 Deposits & Payments

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing typically takes 1–24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC documents are mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• Suspicious withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at Betway 365 are provided under specific terms. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit. 10x wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly. For eligible members only.
• Cashback: Percentage of net losses. Withdrawal requirement: 1x.

7 Betting Rules

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or bugs.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Betway 365 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

If an account is closed for standard reasons, the verified balance will be refunded. If closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
